I have something for your consideration.
Okay, here's the thing. I am a fabulous, very hugely big deal blogger and I would like to help you with your quest for a grammy. And I have a plan.
You know how when you were at Rosie O'Donnell's house and your beau (billionaire Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak for those of you who don't know)(***edited to add that I didn't know you two had broken up, but I'm glad to hear you're still friends so that shouldn't change our plan) hooked up Rosie with the Ted Com invite and in return Rosie's taking you to meet Cher backstage in Vegas? That was genius...and the cool thing is, all you had to do was be the middleman!
Using that as a template, here's my proposition: I need a new lappy REAL BAD but sadly don't have the cashola. I'm sure Woz has some he doesn't need laying around, right? Have him throw one in the mail for me. Easy peasey!
In return, I will harness the power of the mommybloggy network (the scope of which extends beyond us mommybloggers into all aspects of bloggydom) and start a campaign complete with buttons and linkies and all things bloggy wonderful to help get the word out about how flipping hysterical your CD is, and how much you deserve a grammy. It'll reach tens of thousands, that I can promise you.

OMG!! I too am a HUGE Kathey Griffin fan! I love her. But I don't like the Woz guy... boring! I'm glad they didn't work out because he was no where near as fun as her, but they did do a good thing in Mexico. Anywho, funny post :-)

Listen, I've been trying to get Dell or HP to cough up a laptop for me, so I feel you. I can not blog on a PN anymore! So, I am on board. How's about we see if Kathy can get us a pair, and I'll let in all my readers on the plan too. We double her chances of getting the Grammy nod. Brilliant, yes?

There is a e-mail going around that has Kathy said the Emmy was her God, and she said SUCK it Jesus. Did she say this at the Emmy's or not ?
